Who we are
This website is operated by TKA Holdings Inc. ("Lexicon Data," "Lexicon," "we," "us"). Lexicon provides lead data to merchant cash advance (MCA) agencies, ISOs and business loan brokers.
This policy explains how we handle information collected through lexicondata.io, call.lexicondata.io, our contact form and the strategy-call booking process. It does not cover the business data we deliver to clients, which is governed by our client agreements.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send our contact form, or request or book a strategy call, we collect:
- Your full name, work email and mobile phone number
- Your agency's name and the approximate number of deals it funds each month
- The call time you choose, and anything you add when booking
- Anything you tell us by phone, email or message
We save your details as soon as you submit them, even if you do not finish booking a call.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser information, IP address and approximate location
- Pages viewed, referring site and how you interact with the page
- Campaign details from the link you followed, such as UTM tags and Google or Meta click IDs (gclid, fbclid)
We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. See Cookies and advertising below.
How we use information
- To schedule your strategy call, call you at the number you provided, and follow up about your request
- To understand your agency's needs and prepare relevant information for the call
- To send booking confirmations and related messages
- To measure which ads and pages bring visitors and booked calls, and to improve our advertising and website
- To keep the site secure, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations
Calls and text messages
When you give us your mobile number to book a call, we will call that number about your request. We may also send related messages, such as booking reminders. Message and data rates may apply. To stop calls or messages from us, tell us on the call, reply STOP to any text, or contact us using the details below.
How we share information
We do not sell the contact information you submit on this site to lead buyers or any other third party. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, under contract. These include website hosting (Netlify), scheduling (Calendly), email and spreadsheet storage (Google Workspace), and our analytics and tag management tools (Google Tag Manager and Stape).
- Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta. They receive browsing and conversion information (for example, that a visit led to a booked call) so we can measure and improve our ads. See Cookies and advertising.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API). Some of this data passes through our own server-side tagging service before it reaches these platforms. These tools help us understand site traffic, measure booked calls, and show Lexicon ads to people who may be interested, including people who have visited this site.
Under some state laws, using these tools for targeted advertising may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information. You can opt out at any time:
- Email us at info@lexicondata.io with the subject "Opt out"
- Change ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
How long we keep information
We keep booking and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and longer if the law requires it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you, and get a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Opt out of targeted advertising, and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information
- Appeal our decision if we deny your request
To make a request, email info@lexicondata.io or call 702-938-1080. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
