Lexicon

How it works.

how it works /hau̇ it wərks/ phrase

Watch, score, deliver. Lexicon finds the merchant at the moment they start looking for capital, ranks them, and hands them to your agency. Three verbs, defined below.

watch verb

  1. To keep business credit profiles under constant observation, using AI rather than a list pulled once and sold many times.

  2. To notice the change that says an owner is shopping for financing now. In the trade: an intent signal.

deliver verb

  1. To put scored merchants in front of your agency through the Lexicon Marketplace, ready for your reps to work.

  2. To stop there. What happens next is your team’s craft; we never dial, mail or message a merchant for you.

Judge us on funded deals.

Lead counts are easy to inflate. These four numbers are not. Track them for any source you buy from, including Lexicon.

Contact rate
Of the merchants you dial, the share who pick up and talk. Timed leads should raise it, because the owner is already thinking about capital.
Qualified hit rate
Of the merchants you reach, the share who fit your funders’ boxes and want to move forward.
Funded per 1,000 dials
Funded deals for every thousand outbound dials. It folds contact, qualification and closing into one number your floor can feel.
Cost per funded deal
What you spent on data, divided by the deals it funded. The fairest way to compare any two lead sources, us included.

Questions, answered.

Who is Lexicon for?

MCA agencies, ISOs and business loan brokers who fund small businesses and want to reach merchants while they are actively looking for capital.

Does Lexicon contact merchants for us?

No. Lexicon delivers data. We do not run campaigns, send mail or call merchants on your behalf. Your team owns every conversation.

Where does the data come from?

Lexicon uses AI to monitor business credit profiles for signs that an owner is seeking alternative financing. Algorithmic scoring models then rank each merchant before it reaches you.

How is this different from aged or UCC lists?

Aged and UCC lists are built from what a merchant did in the past, and the same names are sold to many shops. Lexicon is built around timing: finding the merchant while the decision is still open.

What does it cost?

We cover pricing on the strategy call, once we understand your agency’s size, funders and goals. There is no obligation to buy.
